SECOND CHANCE is a Christian non-profit organisation, a project of Kontaktmission e.V., working in Dodoma, Tanzania. It supports children and young people living on the streets who are affected by drug use, homelessness, poverty and neglect. Its work includes street outreach to meet young people where they gather, short-term emergency shelter, medically and socially supported rehabilitation and exit programmes, school and vocational support, and drug-prevention education in schools and social institutions. The organisation plans further rehabilitation facilities as part of a planned Second Chance Campus.
