Founded in 1989, SÉQUOIA Partenaire Emploi is a non-profit association based in Maisons-Laffitte, France working on employment & skills, community development.

SÉQUOIA Partenaire Emploi is an association governed by the 1901 law and a state-approved intermediary association (Association Intermédiaire), part of the social and solidarity economy. Since 1989 it works in the Boucles de Seine area of the Yvelines (Nord Yvelines, 78) to support people far from employment in their social and professional integration. It places salaried workers from its own payroll with companies, collectivities and private individuals for temporary or ongoing tasks, across sectors such as cleaning, household services, construction, logistics, hospitality and administration. Workers receive recruitment, training, follow-up and support from insertion advisers, including help with social issues such as access to rights and housing. The association also runs training, business creation support with l'Adie, community work sites, and French language classes. It operates from two offices, in Maisons-Laffitte and Le Pecq, and holds ESUS approval. Its work covers 14 communes of the Communauté d'agglomération Saint-Germain Boucles de Seine. Clients are invited to join as members, make donations, or enter corporate CSR partnerships.
