SCI France is the French branch of the Service Civil International, a non-profit association founded more than a century ago to promote peace, international solidarity, social justice and volunteering. It organises short-term workcamps and long-term volunteer missions in France and abroad, carried out with local partner organisations. It also runs pre-departure training that prepares volunteers for intercultural living and working. Volunteers from 18 years old, with no diploma or prior experience required, can take part. SCI France is part of an international network active in more than 90 countries.
