Shield City Empowerment Initiative (SCEI) is a non-profit organisation in Kano, Nigeria. It provides free personalised tutoring and physical therapy to children with special needs, including autism, from needy families, and runs a football club for young men in communities across Kano State that offers free computer courses and start-up funds for small businesses. The Shield City centre and its operations closed in September 2025, but the football team continues under coaches and staff in Kano, and some tutoring continues through players.
