Founded in 1907, SINOSZ is a non-profit association based in Budapest, Hungary working on disability, employment & skills, human rights.

SINOSZ is the national advocacy and public-benefit organisation of deaf and hard-of-hearing people in Hungary, founded in 1907 and built on local, county and town-level member organisations. It works to improve the quality of life of deaf and hard-of-hearing people by supporting the enforcement of their rights, promoting equal access, providing services such as sign language interpreting and free legal advice, running public awareness campaigns, and organising community and social programmes. Members receive discounts on travel, accommodation at its holiday home in Balatonfenyves, and other benefits. It also lobbies for legislative change and the removal of barriers, and runs an online magazine and information resources on hearing loss and hearing aids.
