Founded in 2006, Society for Quality in Health Care in Nigeria is a non-governmental organisation based in Lagos, Nigeria working on health, education.

The Society for Quality in Health Care in Nigeria (SQHN) is a not-for-profit, charitable organisation incorporated in 2006 that works to improve the quality and safety of healthcare in Nigeria. It promotes a culture of quality improvement, excellence and leadership across public and private healthcare providers and practitioners. Its work includes developing and updating accreditation standards, accrediting healthcare facilities, running training, certification courses and workshops on infection prevention and control, patient safety and quality improvement, and publishing journals, newsletters and other periodicals. It also runs seminars and lectures and works to promote professional ethics and continuing professional education in healthcare quality. SQHN is based in Lagos, Nigeria, and was reaccredited by the International Society for Quality in Health Care (ISQua).
