Founded in 2011, Socijalno-edukativni centar (SEC) is a non-governmental organisation based in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina working on education, disability, elderly care.

Socijalno-edukativni centar (SEC) is an adult education institution in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina, specialised in vocational education for social professions. It was established in 2011 by Caritas BiH and Caritas Austria, with support from Austrian Development Cooperation and the Government of Upper Austria. SEC delivers publicly recognised training programmes as well as informal courses, including training for care workers for elderly and frail people, personal assistants and support workers for people with disabilities, and work instructors for people with disabilities. Its courses also cover early childhood first aid, sensory integration, music therapy, dementia and accessible communication. SEC operates under andragogical standards and in line with Christian values and Catholic social teaching. It has a head office in Banja Luka and branches that run local training. SEC states that it is the only institution of its kind in Bosnia and Herzegovina specialised in adult vocational education in social professions.
