Soziale Orientierung Pongau (SOP) is an initiative project of the Regionalverband Pongau, together with the Arbeitsgruppe Sozialdialog Pongau. It runs the online portal pongauhilft.at and its Sozialkompass search tool, which map the social service providers of the Pongau region in Salzburg, Austria. The aim is to make social services easier to find and access for people seeking help, covering many life situations such as unemployment, poverty, disability, child-rearing, care needs, illness, addiction, violence and debt. The service is free and anonymous, and the portal lists both member organisations and external partners.
