Spolek Tulipán is a small, local non-profit association based in the municipality of Horní Suchá in the Czech Republic. It runs a social counselling service (Poradna) that helps people in difficult social situations to understand their rights and find services, and operates a community centre offering children's clubs, parents' circles, courses, cultural and leisure activities, employment and computer literacy training, awareness and ecology education, food aid distribution and a clothing swap. Its services are free of charge and provided regardless of race, sex, disability, sexual orientation, political or religious beliefs or social status. The organisation is supported by the municipality of Horní Suchá, the Moravian-Silesian Region and the local action group MAS Pobeskydí.
