Središče Rotunda is a non-profit organisation based in Koper, Slovenia, active since 2002. It offers counselling, education and information to young people and families, connects and strengthens the non-governmental sector in the Coastal-Karst and Istria region, and supports social entrepreneurship. It leads several local action groups under the EU community-led local development approach and runs the SmartEra smart-village pilot in Padna and Šmarje. Its community membership is open to NGOs and social enterprises, with fees used for development programmes, co-financing projects and operating costs.
