TEDxLjubljana

Founded in 2009, TEDxLjubljana is a non-profit association based in Ljubljana, Slovenia working on education, community development.

TEDxLjubljana is a non-profit association based in Ljubljana, Slovenia, that runs independently organised TEDx events under a licence from TED. Since 2009 it has hosted talks from speakers across many fields, with the flagship event held in the Gallus Hall of Cankarjev dom and smaller salons, live broadcasts and special events in other venues. Its organisers are volunteers, and the association aims to share ideas and build a community around them in Slovenia. Speakers are not paid, and the association relies on partners and supporters, with ticket sales also contributing to its work.
