The Land Back Foundation is a grant-making foundation based in Australia working on human rights, housing & homelessness, community development.

The Land Back Foundation is a national impact fund, registered as a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee and a DGR-approved charity in Australia. It works to transfer land and property wealth back to First Nations people, and to advance First Nations land and housing justice. Its activities include grants to organisations building the Land Back movement, housing and land projects, educational resources, the Mattresses for Mob program delivering bedding to First Nations families, and the Land is Love business campaign. The foundation is governed by First Nations people, uses consensus decision-making and embeds First Nations Terms of Reference in its decisions. Donations are tax-deductible and support operations and impact work, with 100% of public fundraising restricted to land and housing justice projects and grants.
