Trauma Care International Foundation (TCIF) is a registered non-governmental organisation based in Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria. It works to improve trauma care and emergency response services through first responder training, a mobile emergency response app, voluntary blood donation mobilisation, health education and advocacy. Its work reaches communities in several countries, including Nigeria, and it describes itself as operating in 31 countries. Its programmes include the First Responder Network, the TCERA App, a Voluntary Blood Donation Initiative and a Child Safety Awareness Programme, with the aim of reducing deaths from trauma by ensuring help is available quickly.
