TurnAround, Inc. is a private nonprofit organisation based in Maryland, USA, that provides services to survivors of intimate partner violence, sexual violence and human trafficking in Baltimore County, Baltimore City and Howard County. It was incorporated in 1978 as a sexual assault and domestic violence center serving Baltimore County, expanded to Baltimore City in 1995, and became TurnAround, Inc. in 2000. In 2011 it launched a comprehensive anti-human trafficking program, described as the first of its kind in the state. Services include a 24/7 crisis helpline, counselling and trauma therapy, advocacy and resources, an abuser intervention program, and education and training on abuse and trafficking. The organisation operates offices in Towson, Baltimore City and Columbia, Maryland.
