Tuzlanski otvoreni centar (Tuzla Open Center) is a non-governmental, non-profit organisation based in Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It works to promote and protect the rights of LGBTI people, operating in Tuzla Canton for about eight years and at regional level through networks with human rights organisations in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the region and Europe. Its work includes advocacy for inclusive policies and legislation, building institutional support infrastructure, public awareness and occupying public space through events such as queer festivals, capacity building and knowledge production, including reports on the human rights situation of the LGBTI community. The organisation also coordinates a youth space in Tuzla and participates in local youth policy, including the Tuzla Youth Council.
