Udruženje mladih Prijatelji nade is a voluntary, non-governmental, non-political and non-profit association of citizens of Serbia, based in Petrovaradin in the Srem region of Vojvodina. Its primary goal is promoting peace and multiculturalism. Its statutory aims also cover social development, a free civil society, a culture of peace, non-violence and equality, preserving the culture and traditions of national minorities, intercultural and interfaith understanding, multi-ethnic cultural heritage, environmental protection, sport, youth policy, intergenerational dialogue and volunteer activism. The association mainly gathers young people from the Srem Diocese, while welcoming people of all ages. Its activities include a traditional pilgrimage walk to Tekije, youth sports evenings, and cross-border cooperation projects with Croatia. Membership is open to those who have long been active, and the association also accepts donations within Serbia and from abroad.
