Udruženje PNH Srbija is a non-profit patient association in Serbia, founded in 2018, that supports patients with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) and their families. It provides education and information about the rare blood disease, connects patients through support groups and counselling, advocates for access to diagnosis and PNH-specific therapies, and represents Serbian patients within the global PNH Alliance. Membership is free and open to patients, their families and health professionals.
