Udruženje RODITELJ is a membership-based, politically independent, non-profit association of citizens founded in 2006 in Belgrade, Serbia. It grew into the Serbian Parents Network, with grass-root branches in several local communities. The association supports parents and children by providing counselling with psychologists, speech therapists and other professionals, running workshops and peer support, and conducting advocacy and awareness campaigns on child protection, violence prevention, healthcare (including HPV prevention), early childhood development and education. It works for better conditions for parenthood and childhood at local and national level, with a focus on single-parent families, children with disabilities and minority groups.
