UGF (Udruženje građana Fojničani) is a non-governmental, non-partisan, non-profit citizens' association based in Fojnica, Maglaj, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was founded in 2014 following the May 2014 flood to help affected residents and to promote volunteering as a foundation of civil society. Today it works on nature and environmental protection, including biodiversity research on Mount Ozren and protection of the Ozren and Mokra Megara area, sustainable management of natural resources, mining oversight through citizen initiatives, and peace and reconciliation. It also runs social inclusion, youth, women's empowerment and infrastructure activities, and issues public calls for grants for civil society organisations and informal groups in several cantons of Bosnia and Herzegovina and in Republika Srpska. Its work is carried out with the Peacebuilding Network and under a USAID-supported project.
