Umbrella is a non-profit network based in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina working on democracy & civil society, human rights.

Umbrella (Udruženje Umbrella, also referred to as UBA) is a network and umbrella organisation of independent media outlets in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It brings together newsrooms committed to public-interest, professional and investigative journalism, with a focus on anti-corruption, human rights and democratic processes. Its work covers capacity building for newsrooms, legal and security support for journalists, training and mentoring, production and technical services, and support for the financial sustainability of independent media. Umbrella also advocates for media freedom and better working conditions for journalists, working with institutions, international partners and civil society. Its member outlets include Žurnal, Tačno.net, Gerila.info, SPIN Info, Impuls, eTrafika, Interview.ba, Infoveza, Direkt-portal and Capital.ba, among others.
