Founded in 1960, UTVSI is a non-profit association based in Beograd, Serbia working on water & sanitation, environment & climate, education.

UTVSI is a non-profit scientific and professional association based in Belgrade, Serbia, founded in 1960. It works in the fields of water supply, wastewater collection and treatment, water protection and environmental protection. Its activities include organising seminars, workshops, conferences and training programmes for engineers and water professionals, publishing technical publications, and translating and issuing technical rules for drinking water supply in Serbian, based on cooperation with the German DVGW and DWA. It also cooperates with the Serbian Engineering Chamber on continuing professional development. Its members include individual experts and collective members such as water utilities, institutions and companies. The association aims to promote knowledge and experience to advance safe and sustainable water supply and wastewater management in Serbia and the wider region.
