Its Saferide Program provides safe transport for intoxicated individuals in partnership with healthcare, police and emergency services, and its Street Outreach Program assists homeless people in the Mount Pleasant area. The club hosts over 200 monthly 12-step fellowship meetings, runs a canteen, and relies largely on volunteers, many of them in recovery. It is governed by a Board of Directors, offers memberships for an annual fee, and sells recovery literature and medallions.
