The Verein für Original-Radierung München e.V. is a Munich-based association of visual artists, founded in 1891 to promote original etching among collectors and the public. It runs a gallery in Munich's Ludwigstraße that hosts around seven to eight exhibitions a year with member artists and invited guests, covering etching, drypoint, woodcut, lithography, screen printing and other printmaking and multiple forms. It also organises talks, auctions, editions and annual gifts for members, and offers supporting memberships. The association is recognised as charitable (gemeinnützig) by the tax office and is run by its active artist members on a voluntary basis.
