Vision Australia is a not-for-profit organisation and the leading national provider of blindness and low vision services. It offers personalised technology, services, information, therapy, mobility and daily living support for people who are blind or have low vision, their families and the healthcare professionals who support them. Services are delivered online and through centres in Victoria, New South Wales, the ACT, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia, with outreach programs in the Northern Territory and Tasmania. The organisation also runs Digital Access, which provides digital accessibility consultancy, training and testing, and advocates for social change and the rights of people who are blind or have low vision. It is incorporated as a public company limited by guarantee, is registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission, and holds Deductible Gift Recipient status.
