Its primary target group is young people aged 10 to 25, particularly those who are disadvantaged or at risk. The organisation works from purpose-built centres with an emphasis on community involvement in their operation and governance. It has been working with young people for around 50 years and has declared compliance with the Governance Code for Charities.
