About

WeAreAllUkrainians is a non-profit aid organisation based in Hamburg, Germany. It grew out of an ad hoc initiative launched by Dr. Wladimir Klitschko, Tatjana Kiel and Dörte Kruppa in the first days of the war in February 2022. Besides immediate emergency relief, it implements larger, sustainable aid projects in Ukraine together with corporate and foundation partners. Its work covers rescue and psychological support for children deported from or at risk in occupied areas, mental health support through Hope & Healing Centers and camps, digital first aid for children, support for women entrepreneurs through the VOLYA programme, job matchmaking for Ukrainians in Germany through JobAidUkraine, and donations in kind such as medical equipment and generators. Aid is coordinated mainly through Kyiv and local partner NGOs, which the organisation verifies. The team is small and largely volunteer-based, and the organisation states that administrative costs are below 5%.
