YMD is a charity based in Dublin, Ireland working on children & youth, religion & faith.

Youth Ministry Development (YMD), formerly Youthworks, is a registered Irish charity and charitable company limited by guarantee. It helps local churches across Ireland develop ministry to young people through training, support and mentoring. Its services include modular training for single churches or groups of churches, follow-up consultations, advisors who help plan and evaluate youth work, volunteer mentors, and local peer groups called YMD HUBS. YMD provides its services free of charge to churches and is based in Perrystown, Dublin. It was set up in the early 1990s as a training facility for volunteer and paid youth ministers and began expanding across the island of Ireland in 2017 under its current name.
