Its main activity is preparing and bringing collective (class) damages lawsuits against banks and companies, including cases against Apple, Guess and several Slovenian banks over variable-rate loans and negative Euribor treatment. It also informs the public about rights, invites affected people to register their claims, and runs a platform for raising awareness, networking and training. The organisation is registered in the Slovenian register of consumer organisations and states that it is funded by founders' contributions, donations, grants and other sources. Its activities are carried out with external law firms acting as legal representatives in the proceedings.
