Founded in November 2023 by Tony Frisone, Mike Ewers, and Philip Johnson, ArcEdge partners exclusively with Roofit.Solar, an Estonian manufacturer of building-integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) systems. The company's primary product is the NuClick solar roof—a fully integrated standing-seam metal roof with embedded photovoltaic technology that generates electricity while serving as a structural roofing system. Unlike traditional rack-mounted solar panels, ArcEdge's system is engineered to blend seamlessly into residential and commercial buildings, maintaining architectural aesthetics while delivering long-term energy production. Products are UL-certified, tested to withstand Category 5 hurricane winds (176 mph), and include 10-year product and 25-year performance warranties. ArcEdge has completed initial U.S. installations, including a 12 kW system on a Virginia waterfront property and a 7.25 kW residential project in Maryland.
