It manages funds with capital commitments of about USD 230 million, including Balam Fund I, L.P. and a development capital certificate (CKD) vehicle, and typically takes 100% equity-funded positions in operating, construction or late-stage development assets, and sells electricity to private offtakers under PPAs.
