Belenergia is a European group active in carbon-free renewable energy and circular economy, founded in 2011 by Vincent Bartin and Jacques-Edouard Lévy. The company develops, builds, and operates solar photovoltaic and wind power assets, alongside energy production units using premium biomass, biogas, and methanisation technology. With over 250 employees and a presence in Italy, France, and Spain, Belenergia operates more than 50 energy production units across Europe. The company processes 500,000 tonnes of organic waste annually, producing biomethane, bioethanol, and high-quality fertilisers. Key assets include 60 MW of operational wind capacity, over 30 photovoltaic plants, 12+ industrial bioenergy sites, and the Enterra biomass facility (13 MW). Belenergia adopts an integrated value-chain approach covering design, engineering, construction, operation, and maintenance, with emphasis on sustainability, quality certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 37001, ISO 14001), and local community engagement.
