Bioeast is a renewable energy company specializing in Biogas, Biomass, Hydrogen.

Bioeast is the Central and Eastern European Initiative for Knowledge-based Agriculture, Forestry and Aquaculture in the Bioeconomy. It operates as a multi-stakeholder platform fostering cooperation among Central and Eastern European countries to develop circular bioeconomies that enhance inclusive growth and environmental sustainability. The initiative addresses five key challenges: research and innovation infrastructure gaps, stagnation in bio-based value chains, governance fragmentation, societal indifference in rural areas, and financial barriers. Bioeast coordinates thematic working groups on bioeconomy education, agroecology and sustainable yields, and bioenergy with value-added materials. Its mission supports sustainable biomass production, circular processing of biomass, viable rural development, and strategic bioeconomy policy integration across the CEE region aligned with EU bioeconomy strategy.
