Founded in 2023, BIOSOLFarm is a ngo headquartered in Gdańsk, Poland specializing in Solar, Biogas, Other.

BIOSOLFarm is an Interreg South Baltic Programme project (2021-2027) that supports small farmers and farm associations in adopting renewable energy solutions and sustainable energy management practices. The project addresses energy security and self-sufficiency in agriculture across the South Baltic region, which encompasses approximately 37 million hectares of agricultural land. Key initiatives include developing a digital decision-support tool for farmers, conducting energy audits and monitoring, providing financial support tools and education programmes, and facilitating cross-border knowledge exchange. The project emphasizes the potential of agro-photovoltaics and anaerobic digestion, recognizing that small farms can maximize energy production through collaborative approaches and farmer associations. Lead by Gdańsk University of Technology Faculty of Chemistry.
