The Cleantech Cluster is a platform operated by the OÖ Energiesparverband (Upper Austrian Energy Savings Association) that serves as the central hub for environmental technology and energy technology companies in Upper Austria. It strengthens innovation, competitiveness, and visibility of partner companies, coordinating collaboration among more than 250 member organizations. The cluster facilitates connections between businesses, research and educational institutions, decision-makers, and users. The OÖ Energiesparverband promotes energy efficiency, renewable energy, e-mobility, and innovative energy technologies, offering independent energy consulting to households, municipalities, and companies. The organization is funded by the State of Upper Austria and operates two specialized teams covering environmental technology and energy technology sectors.
