Comunità Energetica del Veneto is a regional program established by the Veneto Region to promote and incentivize Renewable Energy Communities (CER) under regional law 16/2022. It provides comprehensive support including: 10 free online webinars covering CER fundamentals, taxation, governance, financing, and management models (June-July 2026); 7 territorial workshops across the provinces (Belluno, Padova, Rovigo, Treviso, Venice, Verona, Vicenza); a Help Desk for technical assistance; active community registry; video resources; and extensive documentation on regulatory frameworks and best practices. The program aims to accelerate energy transition through community participation, social inclusion, and reduction of energy poverty. Funding is provided through FESR 2021-2027 and PNRR programs, with grants allocated for renewable energy installations within CER structures.
