Crossbridge Energy A/S operates the Fredericia refinery, one of the world's most energy-efficient facilities. The company supplies over 35% of Denmark's liquid fuel consumption for marine, aviation, automotive, and heavy transport sectors. As Denmark's largest surplus heat provider, Crossbridge distributes district heating to over 115,000 homes across the Triangle Region, equivalent to approximately 23,000-29,000 households' annual consumption. The company is partnering with Everfuel on HySynergy, Europe's largest green hydrogen production plant designed to supply green hydrogen for liquid fuel production. The HySynergy project won the Green Power Award in 2023. Crossbridge Energy was acquired by Crossbridge Energy Partners on July 1, 2021.
