Founded in 2009, Dii Desert Energy is a renewable energy company headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates specializing in Solar, Wind, Hydrogen.

Dii Desert Energy is an independent, international, invitation-only industry network and think tank based in Dubai. Founded in 2009 in Munich as a not-for-profit market enabler, it works to accelerate renewable energy and hydrogen projects in the MENA region and promote clean energy exports from desert regions. Its activities include studies and models such as the Dii Toolkit and levelised cost of hydrogen models, the MENA Hydrogen Alliance, the Zero Emissions Traders Alliance (ZETA), and events and networking for executives, developers, utilities, investors and policymakers.
