The center operates ECOWREX, a strategic energy data platform providing evidence-based planning support and analytical tools to energy sector stakeholders. Core programs include regional certification of sustainable energy skills, clean mini-grid development, rural electrification, energy efficiency in buildings and industry, technology transfer, and gender mainstreaming in energy access.
