EF Solare Italia is the primary photovoltaic operator in Italy and among the largest in Europe. The company operates over 1,200 MW of installed capacity through approximately 300 solar plants distributed across 17 Italian regions and 11 photovoltaic installations in Spain via its subsidiary Renovalia Energy Group. The company produces approximately 1,400 GWh of clean electricity annually, equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of roughly 500,000 Italian households, and avoids over 600,000 tonnes of CO2 emissions yearly. EF Solare Italia is advancing agrivoltaic solutions, combining solar installations with agricultural activities for integrated land use. The company is implementing a multi-year plan to revamp approximately 450 MW of existing capacity through technological modernization and power increases.
