EFG (Energy financial group a.s.) is a Czech investment group focused on renewable energy projects. It builds and operates waste biogas plants that process food and biodegradable waste into electricity, heat and biomethane, including a biomass power plant at Mostek. The group runs a food waste collection service (Třídím gastro) with cities and businesses, an engineering subsidiary for biogas plant reconstruction, and trading activities selling renewable electricity, gas, biomethane and guarantees of origin. The group also operates EFG Educa, an educational organisation focused on waste recycling and renewable energy.

4EFG Rapotín BPS
Waste biogas plant that was the first in the Czech Republic to supply biomethane to the gas distribution system (2019) and set a Czech record for biomethane volume fed in within 24 hours.
EFG Vyškov BPS
Biogas plant processing biodegradable waste and animal by-products, expanded and modernised with a biomethane upgrading unit, completed in 2024.
Vysoké Mýto waste biogas plant
Renewed waste biogas plant acquired by the group, focused on biomethane production; work on its relaunch began in 2025.
MOSTEK power plant
