Elements is an independent renewable energy producer dedicated to accelerating energy transition through decarbonized electricity from projects developed in respect of territories, inhabitants, and local biodiversity. The company develops across France and internationally, with expertise spanning the complete value chain of wind, solar, hydroelectric, and storage facilities. Founded with a cooperative philosophy emphasizing human relationships and responsible procurement, Elements operates ~100 employees across offices in Montpellier (headquarters with 60+ staff), Paris, Lyon, Guadeloupe, Helsinki, Turin, Frankfurt, and Romania. In November 2023, historical shareholder Noria was joined by Bpifrance, eight Crédit Agricole funds, OCCTE via OCCIGEN fund, and Enerfip Gestion. The company generated €17M in revenue (2024) and targets 1 GW operational portfolio by 2030. Leadership includes co-founders Pierre-Alexandre Cichostepski, Loïc Chazalet, and Grégoire Petit.
