Encevo is a strategic energy group headquartered in Luxembourg, operating across the energy value chain in Luxembourg, Germany, France, Belgium and the Netherlands. Formerly Enovos International, created in 2009 through a merger and renamed Encevo in 2016, it acts as a holding company for three pillars: Enovos (energy supply and renewable energy generation), Creos (electricity and gas grid operation) and Teseos (technical and energy-related services). The group develops, owns and operates renewable electricity from solar, wind and hydro sources, generates renewable heat and cold, and supplies electricity, natural gas and renewable heat to households, businesses and municipalities. It also plans and operates electricity and gas networks and provides decentralised energy, energy efficiency and e-mobility services. The group reports over 3,000 employees.
