Biogas with approximately 55% CH4 and 42% CO2 is dried and combusted in high-efficiency cogeneration engines to produce electricity and heat. Fermented digestate is supplied to farmers as organic fertilizer. Enerbio operates under several legal entities including EnerBIO ECO Leżajsk Sp. z o.o. and services over 40 food production facilities and waste collection companies. The company handles approximately 36,000-40,000 tons of feedstock annually.
