Founded in 2019, EnerCOA is a co-op headquartered in Villefranche-de-Rouergue, France with approximately 10-50 employees specializing in Solar.

EnerCOA is a Société Coopérative d'Intérêt Collectif (SCIC) founded in November 2019 serving the Ouest Aveyron territory in Occitanie, France. The cooperative aims to achieve energy autonomy by 2050 through local renewable energy production and energy consumption reduction. It operates on social and solidarity economy principles with variable capital allowing citizens to join by purchasing shares at 100 euros each. Members include citizens, associations, businesses, and local authorities. EnerCOA facilitates group purchasing for solar photovoltaic installations on residential and commercial rooftops, provides energy efficiency consulting for building renovation, conducts technical audits and training workshops, and researches sustainable equipment solutions without planned obsolescence. Supported by regional authorities including Région Occitanie, ADEME, and partnered with Énergie Partagée network.
