Founded in 2006, Energap is a ngo headquartered in Maribor, Slovenia with approximately 1-10 employees specializing in Solar, Wind, Biomass.

Energetsko podnebna agencija za Podravje (Energap) is a regional center for planning and implementing energy projects in Upper Podravje, Slovenia. Originally founded in June 2006 under the Intelligent Energy Europe program, it was renamed in March 2022 to reflect its expanded mission into climate change adaptation. The agency employs 9 people and operates as a bridge between EU countries, collaborating with over 100 organizations across Europe in sustainable energy. It specializes in energy efficiency, renewable energy development, sustainable mobility, and climate adaptation. Since establishment, Energap has successfully completed over 30 European projects across multiple territorial cooperation programs including Interreg, Horizon 2020, and EUKI. The agency provides project management, financing consultation, energy contracting services, and coordinates Local Energy Concepts aimed at achieving high energy efficiency, increased renewable energy use, and CO2 emission reductions in municipalities.
