The program offers two primary loan products: the Residential Solar Loan for customer-sited solar installations, and the Home Energy Efficiency Loan for energy-saving home improvements. Both programs feature low-interest rates to minimize out-of-pocket costs while promoting utility bill savings, environmental impact reduction, and local job growth in the renewable installation industry. The program is open to credit-qualified Delaware residents and is administered by the Delaware Sustainable Energy Utility (SEU) in partnership with the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC).
