Energy Private Developers

Energy Private Developers is a non-profit headquartered in Kigali, Rwanda specializing in Solar, Hydro, Biogas.

Energy Private Developers (EPD) is a registered professional association in Rwanda representing private companies in the energy sector, including solar, mini-grid and commercial and industrial energy, hydropower, clean cooking, biogas, pellets and briquettes, and productive use of renewable energy. It is one of five associations within the Chamber of Industry under the Private Sector Federation of Rwanda. EPD provides member services such as capacity building, renewable energy awareness campaigns, access to finance facilitation, trade missions, advocacy, and sector coordination, and advocates for policies that support universal energy access and private sector investment in renewable energy.
