Energy & Strategy is a multidisciplinary research and consulting team within the School of Management at Politecnico di Milano, established in 2007. The group conducts applied research, management consulting, and training activities across renewable energy, energy efficiency, digital energy, and environmental sustainability. With over 20 researchers, the group operates permanent observatories on technological, regulatory, and market trends enabling energy transition and environmental sustainability. Services include strategic energy management support, market analysis, technology trend assessment, regulatory framework analysis, and knowledge transfer from academia to industry and professionals.
