Members represent all major offshore operators on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. The cluster functions as a networking platform and technology transfer hub, with a Technical Committee that evaluates project proposals and provides active support to endorsed initiatives. It serves as a unique bridge connecting technology developers with energy companies seeking decarbonization solutions and new business opportunities.
