Founded in 1998, Energy Valley is a non-profit headquartered in Fornebu, Norway with approximately 11-50 employees specializing in Hydrogen, Wind, Solar.
Energy Valley is a world-leading competence and technology cluster based in the greater Oslo region that creates opportunities for the Norwegian energy industry. The cluster serves members within renewables, digital solutions, and oil & gas in transition to net-zero. Its vision is to drive innovation and sustainable growth in the energy sector and develop Norway as a global center for energy technology. Energy Valley operates through member collaboration and knowledge sharing, hosting conferences, seminars, workshops, and webinars. The cluster coordinates multiple strategic initiatives including participation in the BalticSeaH2 cross-border hydrogen valley project, the Future Energy Leaders Program Norway, and engagement with the World Energy Council and Northern European Alliance for Sustainable Energy. As a competence cluster, it connects energy companies, research institutions, technology firms, startups, and public bodies to accelerate the energy transition.

First large-scale cross-border hydrogen valley in Europe demonstrating an integrated hydrogen economy around the Baltic Sea. Involves 40 partners from nine Baltic Sea region countries with 3 billion euros in total investments and hydrogen production potential reaching 60,000 tonnes annually by project end.
